They are lways so amazed when I show them that they can eat the kind that is in their yard. I have seen thyme growing wild in Southern Utah. The smell of the crushed thyme as I walked casued me to look down. It grew everywhere, like a weed! I was so amazed. I just put a link to your new site on my Kitchen Garden page.
