I may be up to my eyeballs in cherries right now, but I can do this!
I think I can,
I think I can,
I think I can . . . .

I’m not exactly up to my eye balls in cherries but have about an 1/8 bu.
Just one trick is that I rinse and freeze them on a cookie sheet and then loosen them and put them frozen in a freezer baggies (about a cup more than a pie or what ever recipe).
The advantage is that you can put up an enourmous amount of cherries, and they pit better when they’re frozen (they don’t squish). Then you only have to deal with the amount you will use at once.

Where To Find Plants
Most of the plants I talk about here at The Potager Garden can be acquired easily through these places {and shipped right to your door}:
but I am working on sourcing out the more unique plants for you and will let you know here at The Potager Garden as soon as I find them.
